As exclusive agent for the Peachtree City, GA-based printer, The Open Approach drove the search process, leveraging its extensive contact network in the financial services/private equity community. Composed of former print executives, The Open Approach brought unique operational insight, manufacturing knowledge, and valuation expertise that effectively led to a recapitalization arrangement that was favorable to both parties.
